2. Request Deletion by Email

Include:

• Company name
• Platform connected (Meta, Google, TikTok, GA4, etc.)
• Email associated with the connected account
• Clear request for deletion
We will verify identity before processing.
3. Revoke Access Directly
You may revoke access directly within:
Meta → Settings → Business Integrations
Google → Security → Third-party apps
TikTok → Business Center → Connected Apps
After revocation:
• We will no longer retrieve new data
• Stored data may be deleted upon request
4. What Happens After Request
Once verified:
• API tokens will be revoked (if applicable)
• Stored performance data will be deleted
• Confirmation will be sent by email
Certain records may be retained where legally required.
5. Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Scope of Deletion
Deletion applies to:
